Latest Poem: Leaving For the City
Morning but. the rush - not here but in ears
Crash and hiss // Crash and burn die die killed
Your position in the universe unknown
Fumble in pocket for proper change
A ticket to thank you for your trouble
Out of this - out of what :: good-bye for-now
Let the cars recede away to nowhere
And leave the escalator by platform
Tracks between the cars; you between the tracks
Stay away // Don't fall in // Leave in a bit
The sign: "exotic fun carnival in SF"

Submerged and rocking in the darkness
Not cars but lights race until forever
Out of hills into Oakland - cars again
On the billboard floats by California
The bay calls Golden Bridge: Golden Death
