| I wake up the morning Just to fight my way out of bed Just to many of those ugly thoughts Ringing in my head Apartment is a pig pen Odors Thanks to my kitten Yeah you know I really think Its the blues that I'm getting But I'll be fine Yeah as long as I don't lose my mind I'm telling you that I'll be fine As long as I just take my time I work all day for the man Drives me to the edge See all I get is reprehended I want to just jump over the edge Get paid every Friday by Monday I'm broke again You know living this life I can't even pretend Oh mister landlord thanks for keeping a roof over my head By the way do you know I wish I was dead If I just focus on those better days Not the world and its evil ways Telling you if I could just have a smoke and A drink and a couple days to think If I could just cash in on IOU you know everything would be cool |
